What is difference between "LastReplicationAction" and "Replication Status" in ACS Common Page Report

I have a created a page report of using ACS common and see a two column header - "LastReplicationAction" with values like "Activate", "Deactivate" and blanks. Where are there is another column header - "Replication Status" with  only Not_Activated as the status for all rows including live pages. What do they mean?

I came to know the meaning for various statuses thanks for a different thread

In Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), page replication involves the process of copying content from the author instance to one or more publish instances. The replication status of a page reflects its current state in the replication process. Here are the definitions of the page replication statuses you mentioned:

ACTIVATED:
- The page has been successfully activated and is available on the publish instances. Users can view the content on the live website.

DEACTIVATED:
- The page has been deactivated, meaning it is no longer available on the publish instances. Deactivation typically occurs when content is no longer needed or should not be visible on the live website.

MODIFIED:
- The page has been modified on the author instance, and those changes need to be replicated to the publish instances. The modified status indicates that the content has been updated and needs to be synchronized.

NOT_ACTIVATED:
- The page has not been activated yet. It may exist on the author instance, but it hasn't undergone the activation process to make it available on the publish instances.

@Prithwiraj_Deb I think there is an open bug in the ACS commons reporting feature for the replication status column.
