Installing the packages is throwing "Package file parameter missing " error

I am using AEM6.2 and java 7 on window 7 .When I am installing the packages is throwing "Package file parameter missing " error. This package is working for other machine

Did you find any resolution for this, me too facing the same issue.

I have tried the other solutions from forum, but didn't work.

When I put the same package under the "crx-quickstart\install" folder it get added & installed but from uploading from package manager getting same error.
