Asset Metadata Properties page not loading in AEM TOUCH UI

Hi ,

We have been facing an issue with editing metadata page for single asset in TOUCH UI, 

When we try to edit asset metadata properties, metadata schema properties are not loading  , attached a reference screen shot for verification.

Kindly help us if any one have faced similar issue.

Note: we don't have any issue with Bulk Metadata update, on selecting multiple assets we are able to the metadata schema properly.

Hi Murali,

Is the asset you are trying to edit is large in size?  If so configure the cleanup task for the unfinished chunk upload jobs at http://host:port/system/console/configMgr/org.apache.sling.servlets.post.impl.helper.ChunkCleanUpTas... and verify.  If does not help reach out to official support team.
