HotFix dependencies missing on AEM 6.1 SP1

Have an AEM 6.1 SP1 environment (upgraded from AEM 6.0 SP3).

There are several hotfixes which the documentation indicates "should be installed" on AEM 6.1.

For several of these there appear to be missing dependencies or dependencies which predate SP1.  Has anyone resolved these or can offer confirmation of an approach which has been successful?

Hotfix 8977:

• Missing FP-6563 which predates SP1.  Can this be deployed on SP1 without overwriting something in the SP?  (Documentation gives the impression it should have already been included in SP1?)
• MIssing hotfix 8867 which is not available on the package share.

Hotfix 8938:

• Missing FP-6563 which predates SP1.(see above)

Hotfix 8630:

• Missing hotfix 8318 which is not available on the package share.

Adobe provided the missing packages in package share in response to Daycare ticket.

Yes.. mostly all the hotfixes and feature packs will be available in the package share. If you dont find, then you can ask daycare to provide the same.

The Release notes for SP1 indicate that these hotfixes are included in SP1:

6570

7285

feature pack 6563

Nothing is said about 8867 though.  Not clear to me why the package manager shows the dependency issues if SP1 does have the above included.  Googling around shows nothing about hotfix 8867 that I can find.

The dependencies seem to be a bit erroneous. (IMHO)

FP 6563 has several pre-SP1 dependencies some of which are old versions of hotfixes which have been updated.  eg. HF 6570 version 1.2 when 1.3 has since been released.

Also, presumably to avoid rolling back SP1 content FP 6563 would need to be applied before SP1.  

This seems more convoluted than necessary.  On a clean AEM 6.1 install or upgrade you should be able to just install SP1 and all current Hotfixes or Feature Packs from the documentation.  This is not currently possible due to dependencies.

Ideally Adobe can update the dependencies on post SP1 hotfixes so you don't have to jump through hoops.
