Hide a page in sites (TouchUI)

Is there a way to hide a page in the sites view, in the classicUI I could just add the property "hidden" to jcr:content of the page but this does not look to take effect in the TouchUI, still works fine in classic (testing on AEM 6.3)

You can hide the page from navigation by:

1. Switch to Edit mode if on Preview mode

2.Click on Page Information icon

3.Click on Open Properties option

4.Check Hide in Navigation field

5.Click Done icon (check mark) to save

Selecting this checkbox on parent page is preventing child pages as well to appear as the navigation items. Is there a way to achieve this in the OOTB component?

So I don't mean to hide from the customer on the frontend but rather hide the page in the Sites screen. In the screenshot below I want to hide the two extra entertainment pages as they are just required for the A/B testing system I am building. In the classic UI this was easy but like I say, I can't find a way to do this on Touch. There must be a way however as some of the folders at the root of content in CRX don't show up in this view e.g. the DAM.Screen Shot 2017-06-30 at 18.14.48.png

I would recommend creating Experience fragment and use their variation as per need for A/B testing use case.
