Adobe Experience Manager Sites & More

I'm going through the instructions on this page (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/foundation/development/set-up-a-loc...) and successfully installed AEM 6.5.12 local author and publish instances, but I get the following error when trying to add the WKND site (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-wknd-tutorial-devel...
