Fail to submit form

I am trying to search within my AEM system and it is telling me "fail to submit form". Is there a reason why I wouldn't be able to search for these images that I know are in the DAM.

1. The version of AEM

2. Screenshot of the error

3. What happens when you upload a new asset in another folder, search that one? 

4. Any error logs?

Check logs for errors.

Also, could you share the AEM version and screenshot of the error?
