Displayfield xtype alternative in Touch UI dialog

Can anyone tell me which granite UI component can be used as an alternative for xtype displayfield in touch UI dialog for AEM 6.0. SP3

If I am not wrong, displayfield is used only for displaying the general text.

What use case you are looking for?

Try sling:resourceType as "granite/ui/components/foundation/form/field" to display text on the touch dialog.
