Development Student Workbook Tutorial Chapter 7 Widget Question

I have gone through this several times, however, when following the below instructions on Chapter 07 | 7-7,

Test your script/Dialog by requesting a Page in CQ5 Siteadmin that implements this Training title
Component - then double-click the “title” content to invoke the Dialog.

When I right click on the title  content I consistently get

I cannot access the dialog for title on the page.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
