In CQ5 DAM, I can navigate through the Digital Assets tree, find a document, click on it, and then the Asset Editor page/form opens. In my instance, the fields on the form page are specific to the MIME type (documents have one set of fields on the form of the Asset Editor, while images have another set). I did this by overlaying ( /apps/dam/content/asseteditors/application/pdf and /apps/dam/content/asseteditors/image). There is also a default form, where the set of fields are defined under /apps/dam/content/asseteditors/formitems ). My question is that when I navigate to the asset on the tree, the corresponding form for the asset shows up in the Asset Editor. However, if I use the DAM search tab and I get search results, when I click on the asset in the search results, it opens up the Asset Editor with the DEFAULT form. How can I get the search results to launch the Asset Editor with the form corresponding to the asset's MIME type?
