Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement of allowing anonymous users to be able to comments and like as Anonymous/Public users. They should not be required to login.

I just wanted to understand if it would be a good idea to extend both these components to override the login requirement. Is it even possible?

Or it would be better to build new custom components to achieve this. Any suggestion/advice appreciated. Thanks.

Rahul_Bhardwaj, please suggest.

This requirement is not supported by architecture. It has been discussed before and it was decided that we would not be supporting it because it breaks a number of safety measures we are making with the product e.g. spam and flooding control and it’s more and more incompatible with regulations out there (e.g. GDPR).
