classification importer error

Hi,

I keep getting an error when manually trying to import a file. The format for the file is correct because my colleague is able to upload it but I just keep receiving this error:

There was a problem importing your file. Please try again later or use an FTP account to import your data.

Is there a permission issue or something? I've tried to upload a different time to my colleague so not sure why I keep seeing that error.
