hi team,
I am working on my company's cloud AEM author instance. i have done the test and target configurations in my AEM, and created campaigns, segments and offers.
when i try to select the campaign from a page(using the geometrix page for reference) and segment it i am able to see all the segments from my test and target account loaded in the drop down, however i am not able to see my campaign ( the selected custom campaign) getting created in the test and target server.
strangely when i try to do the same setting on my local server, it works fine and the campaign gets created. But not on the cloud author instance. i checked the console logs and i am getting a error like this:
com.day.cq.analytics.
please let me know what could be the reason for this type of error.

I was able to solve this issue by below mentioned steps -
Install Hotfix - cq-6.1.0-hotfix-6570-1.3.zip or SP 1 for AEM 6.1
Apart from this also make sure your AEM author instance is running on standard port (4502)
