Campaign Client Console Error

We are facing issue in Adobe Campaign Classic email when trying to synchronize. There is no issue when we create email from scratch but found issue while copy pasting it. I found release notes https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/release-notes/service-pack/6.5.6.html?... where it is fixed but still we are facing it in AEM 6.5.11. Please help if someone came across the similar problem

Hi @raman_mehta90,

Though I did not had a much chance to work on Campaign Email's but faced this similar issue - attached the thread here [0]:

  • The campaign-property-modification-service is a service user which is used for modifying properties of campaign newsletter on copy and paste function.
  • This user campaign-property-modification-service should have read and modify permissions on the content folder.
  • If it doesn’t have read and modify permissions on the content folder, it can’t clean up the cq:acLinks and cq:acUUID properties of the copy-pasted site template.

After providing the necessary permissions to user, the properties will be cleaned up.

For more details please check article [1].
