Assistance Needed: No Response After Submitting Adobe Experience Manager Consultation Form

I am reaching out here because I have filled out the consultation form on the Adobe Experience Manager page (link to the form) multiple times, starting last month, but I have not received any response yet.

 

I am a business user and I am very interested in arranging a meeting to learn more about Adobe Experience Manager (the Digital Asset Management) and how it can address our needs. Could someone from the team assist me with this or guide me on the best way to proceed?

Hey, 

I'm not sure if this will help, but you're filling out a form from Thailand. Try checking out the US (global) page, and then use the "Adobe Assistant" to schedule a call directly with a sales rep. The "Adobe Assistant" will appear a couple of seconds after you load the page, so be patient.

Thanks for reaching out. I did try to change the region of those page as you suggested, but sadly there is no "Adobe Assistant" appeared after I waited for a while.

 

Do you have any other suggestions to solve this issue?
