Asset Collection based on Folder Level

Hello everyone! We have a use case where we need to create a collection for assets at the same level of folders. Example:

Level 1 Level 2

Folder1 > asset_1

Folder2 > Folder A > asset_a

Folder3 > Folder A > asset_b

Folder 4 > asset_2

So for first-level collection, asset_1 and asset_2 should be in the collection. For second-level collection, asset_a and asset_b should be included.

Is it possible to implement in AEM?

Asset Collections can be created to include assets from any location within Assets console.
