AEMaaCS content sync from PROD to Stage

Team - we have a need to sync content from PROD to Stage on a weekly basis. What will be the best way to automate this?

I have used Jenkins jobs to create a package in PROD author, download and install them on Stage servers in my earlier projects in AMS cloud and on-prem.
