AEM Publish Server & Remote SOLR (OOTB SOLR Integration)

Hi ,

i am mostly seeing reference to AEM Author server + Remote SOLR setup , Are there any references to setting up  AEM Publish server + Remote SOLR server ? and its best practices

Will the above docs be updated for AEM Publish + SOLR setup . Not sure if i am missing this

For AEM-SOLR to work better which of these options are recommended

1) Remote SOLR + AEM Author (indexing) & SOLR + AEM Publish (Querying) 

2) Remote  SOLR + AEM Publish (indexing) & SOLR + AEM Publish (Querying)
