Hi,

I am trying to integrate AEM 5.6 with Eclipse. I have installed FileVault, Eclipse (Mars) and created the UI Maven project in my Windows 7 environment.
However I am getting issue while running the below command
vlt --credentials admin:admin co http://localhost:4502/crx)
It was creating the folders & structure as per filter.xml file how ever NOT creating the files - config.xml and settings.xml under directory: META-INF/content. Not sure why.

Am i doing anything wrong? Please help.

Thanks,
Kishore

Agreeing with Scott. It is buggy.

I would also recommend you :- https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/creating-aem-project-using-eclipse.html

Please follow the official documentation :- https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/dev-tools/aem-eclipse.html

Using Eclipse and VLT - you can still do debugging of Java code that is deployed on server. This is all explained in the article - we will also make this content a video for the AEM Community YouTube channel soon as well:
