Hi,
Today I would like to get AEM SDK but I met below exceptions:
It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.
Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.
Can one help tip that how to link for it, thanks~

Login with your Organization email and make sure your account is Company not Personal account.
{Edit: Thought I have added this} Write a mail to spphelp@adobe.com from company mail id.
If you are still facing issue, check with your Organization.

That's under the control of Admin @CatherineWe
If your Organization account is configured with SSO under admin console. Than the account will be registered as Federated ID and you can use "Company or School".
If SSO not configured all ID's by default registered as "Adobe ID(identity type)" and you will have to login via personal.
