Adobe Experience Manager desktop app is not responding

I followed this link for AEM desktop app installation. It is installed successfully but when I tried to run it, it is not responding. I also tried to run as administrator but still not getting any dialog for error or anything.

Hi Mayur,

 

You can install the desktop app version aem-desktop-win64-2.1.2.0.exe.

it will work fine.

Can you please help with the below info:

1. Which machine are you using: Windows/Mac?

2. Were you able to complete the installation or faced issues during the process?

3. If installed completely, were you able to launch the app atleast once.

4. Have you tried uninstall-reinstall of the app?

5. Restart the system once.

In case you still face the issues, post your findings here.

1. Windows 10

2. No issues during the installation process

3.No

4.Yes

5.tried but not worked.

I even tried finding log in %LocalAppData%\Adobe\AssetsCompanion\Logs but no logs generated.

you are right there was a problem with the latest version, when I used the older version of this app it worked.
