Information and download of latest DPS Plug-ins for InDesign

Hi,

Last week I received an update of the DPS Plug-ins for CS6, CC 2014 and CC 2015 via Creative Cloud.

1) Are these the Plug-ins announced in the DPS 2015.4 Release Notes? Is there any other information I can find about what has changed?

2) I wanted to download these Plug-ins for others using enterprise installs of InDesign. I downloaded from "Install tool for DPS 2015". That is a version from July 2015. Where can I download the latest Plug-ins?

Regarding the page, I would have expected the installers to be posted. I'll have to follow up with the team responsible for posting.
