what is the process to move adaptive forms created in aem forms 6.0 or 6.1 to aem forms 6.2

our company created some adaptive forms in 6.1 and our sister company has some created in 6.2 osgi.

What are planning to consolidate them all and use 6.2 . what is the process to move these to 6.2 . Will exporting them from package manager and importing them in aem 6.2 package manager suffice.?

and also what about the lca files for the process. Can we create an lca for the workflow from the older versions and import them to AEM form 6.2 JEE version.? I understand that some of the configurations might be missed and i am ok with it. What is the recommended approach ?

To migrate the forms - create a package in AEM Forms 6.2 then import them into AEM Forms 6.3. Once you import the package run the migration utility scripts to migrate the AF forms.The url to migrate the scripts is

http://localhost:4502/libs/fd/foundation/gui/content/migration.html

the lca import into aem forms 6.3 should work fine

Once i import the package and install it in the package mgr isn't the AF forms installed too? What is the purpose of this migration utility .."http://localhost:4502/libs/fd/foundation/gui/content/migration.html" ..what purpose does it serve.

Is there a transcript that i can refer to?
