Unable to save form data model after creating an association

I am using ms dynamics 365 connector with AEM forms. and trying to add an association to my product model to fetch additional product data e.g. variants-

I am not able to save the model after making necessary changes, getting a javascript error in browser console as shown in the screenshot.

AEM version - 6.4

Hi Awadhesh,

Have you made sure that mapping is provided for all input arguments of the service used for association (this is done in the property sheet of the association property).
