When i try to access package share to download AEM forms.I am gettting the message "The Package Share server login page is currently not accessible".Any ideas?

Package share is not available now. 

Adobe has introduced Software Distribution now in place of package share. PFB the link.

And you have to connect your Adobe ID with experience cloud.

How to connect Adobe ID with experience cloud.? any ideas?

I tried to enter experience cloud but showing a message as "It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts. Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support."

Someone who have admin access to experiencecloud can lik your ID Someone from your organisation. Not very sure of this. If you are working for a client and client is using any cloud services then they might be able to add you in that group and link your Id
