issue on DOR with Arabic input

when i submitted the form with Arabic data and view generated pdf the value returned as question marks

yes i have fonts such as Adobe Arabic, Arial in designer and Arial in adaptive, the numbers inputs works fine with Arabic values but the characters returned as question marks

i try this on my local machine, i used Adobe Arabic and Arial fonts, this fonts already exist into my windows and adobe designer but in the theme i used Arial font

@Mayank_Gandhi yes font already exist on my windows, designer and adaptive form and numbers return valid the problem with characters only
