I tried and I was able to download the quickstart Jar.

But you will require a license key to activate AEM after installation. That can be obtained after purchasing the License through Adobe sales.

I don’t think you can download AEM from that site, only the service packs are available there

do get trial version of AEM you will need to contact Adobe sales/ account manager
