Dynamics 365 with AEM Forms - How to submit attachments to D365

Hi all,

I hope everyone is well.

I have an adaptive form which I am able to submit its data to D365 using an FDM, but I want to attach files to the adaptive form which I'd also like to ultimately submit to D365, Does anybody know how this can be done?

I'd appreciate any guidance.
