Designer Component in AEM

Do we have any Designer component in AEM to generate PDF documents Offline similar to ALC Designer(ES2/ES4)? Intention is to create a PDF document in AEM without creating an Adaptive form?

ALC designer is now called AEM Forms designer.It comes with AEM Forms, and is not sold seperatley
