Create form data model from XML Schema file in Forms Cloud service

I have been able to create a form data model by uploading a schema via create Adaptive form -> Template selection -> Form model tab -> Select from Schema. 

In Forms CS, the UI is different and we can only select Data Models we created from Data Integration section when we create a new adaptive form. In the data integration area, how to create a new data model from an XSD (XML Schema) file.

I think you're referring to the Form Model selection with Adaptive forms on-prem wherein we have multiple options- FDM, schema or template.

With AEM cloud service, you have an option to choose either a JSON schema or a form data model while creating an adaptive form (both foundation and core components)[0].

Thanks @Pulkit_Jain_ . Considering PDFs are still based on XDP and XSD can be used there to built one, I was expecting and XSD support will be there.
