Unable to create new technical account

Hi there, I'm using the AEM Assets module in an Workfront Fusion scenario and I am trying to connect to an AEM Cloud instance. I am following this guide: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/develo... After I click on the 'Create new technical account' button, the page opens up, then I can see a spinning wheel and then I am getting this error:

 

(HTTP 504) An error occurred attempting to load the provided log.

Please check the URL and ensure it is reachable.

 

Can you please let me know what could cause this?

@Ana-Ensemble it would be best to create a suppot ticket with Adobe, as the issue might be related to your contract /license of WF fusion/AEM.
