Folder Permissons, Groups and Group permission report

Hello,

I am looking for some help on how to generate report for the Folder level permissions, Groups/Users and Group/User permissions.

@cxasha Please try the following steps, which will generate an excel file report containing below headers:

Path

User ID

First Name

Last Name

E-mail Address

Created Date

Last Modified Date

All Groups

Direct Groups

Indirect Groups

1. Go to Tools > ACS AEM Commons > Users to CSV Exporter from left side rail

2. Click Create > New Page> select template Users to CSV Exporter.

3. This will generate the CSV file containing all users information.

Hope this helps.

Note: This will not generate the folder/asset specific permission info.

Thank you for this info. Is there any way where I can generate the Group Name and respective permissions for that group ?

@cxasha There is no easy or straight way to achieve this as of today.
