Final Size of assets created in Dynamic Media Class

Avatar

Hello,

I am working with Dynamic Media Classic templates to create graphics. The final size of the asset is much smaller than the template I set up. I have the Canvas size set to 2720x680px. Yet the graphic it produces is only 1280x320. I have not made the size a parameter and I am not using any presets or profiles on the URL.

Here is the URL for reference: https://s7d9.scene7.com/is/image/streamcompanies/SchumacherLincoln%5F2000x500%5FLeaseSlide?$VehicleV...

@corinnepreston  You can utilize scale parameter in the same URL to produce highest quality output: https://s7d9.scene7.com/is/image/streamcompanies/SchumacherLincoln_2000x500_LeaseSlide?$VehicleVIN=X...

Please let me know if this helps.

Yes! I think this will work. The other option I had found was adding &$wid=2000&hei=500 but this would require adjusting the url for every template and I am trying to make things as hands off as possible so the scale parameter should work much better. Thank you!
