Does anyone know how to have a complete freeze of any authoring or editing process on AEM Production Server without doing anything to the User Permissions or Access?

@mengliang10 you can achieve this by disabling your AEM Author instance URL from the dispatcher config file by commenting the URL.

Another way is to disable the Publisher URL during the freeze period, so that authoring activities can continue but none of the changes will be published until the freeze window.
