Creative Cloud Sharing folders and files

Avatar

Level 1

Hello. I would love to get some tips regarding best workflow regarding sharing folders and CC project files. Our plan so far is: All assets (photos, graphic, fonts) uploaded in AEM and connected to CC apps via Asset Link. Then making a folder structure in Creative Cloud for the project files that three co-workers can easily share with each other. That means both sharing folders and project files. How can I do that in the easiest way? (The AEM part with Asset Link is solved)

@SkiStar2000 you can try creating collections, apart from the folders you already have- which is the right way of using assets to-from AEM-CC. Please watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0q1DTI-kOWo

Hi,

Welcome to Adobe Community !!

In regards to your query about Asset Link, please share more information about our AEM Author Instance version and Asset Link version.

Also, which Adobe CC Product you will be using to share asset from AEM Author?

Thanks,

Vikram Gaur
