AEM Workflow send emails to people when author creates?

Can we use AEM Workflows to send email notifications to a list of people whenever an author creates a document?

@akashan2 this will not be available OOTB. You have to customize the workflows to get notifications at an early stage. Please see more info here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/administering/operations/notification....

You can leverage the workflow launcher with a custom workfow model, i.e. when a cq:Page node is created under a pre-specified path the custom workflow (involving the notification) will be triggered.
