AEM assets upload failed

Hello.
I use AEM to provide web services, but I have a separate development company, so it is difficult to check AEM specifications or internal codes.

Only certain PCs cannot upload assets, modify and save components, or create new pages, as shown below.

The asset capacity is not large and there seems to be no problem with the file itself, but this issue occurs. I need to check if it is an issue of AEM.

Please check the capture. Is there a solution?

hi @yeajiKi ,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community!

Based on the screenshots shared ,  The issue is related to the permissions for that user to upload assets, modify and save components.

  1. Please check with your AEM team the user permissions provided for the user you are logging in.
  2. AEM provides a capability to restrict /give permissions to all the above mentioned usecases like page creation, components modification and saving , asset upload etc. ONLY the user who has valid permissions will be able to perform those operations.

Sharing some information AEM user Management for your quick reference:

Thanks,

Anil
