Adobe Assets Reprocess Assets Jobs Stuck in Queued Status

When we are trying to Reprocess Assets, we see the jobs get created (Background Async Jobs), but they just stay in "Queued" status and never start. Is there a way to look at what is happening, some kind of log somewhere, etc.? We've tried deleting the jobs and re-submitting, but we get the same result.

Could you please let us know below details

1. AEM version

2. Are you using Dynamic media integration

3. While reprocess do u see any errors in error.log?
