Anyway, in Adobe Analytics, we have the ability to enter an expiration data for a specific user's access. Typically, we do this for certain contractor roles to help control access to those who may likely only need temporary access to the tool. My question is, will this functionality be made available once User Admin is migrated to the Marketing Cloud Admin Console? This is an important security and data integrity question.

This expiration feature will still be available in the Analytics Admin area.

Got a quick question for you. Do you know if the User Groups we created in Adobe Analytics will have to be totally recreated in the Admin Console, or will we have the opportunity to load them en masse to the the new Admin Console?
When your company migrates Analytics users/groups to the Admin Console through the Analytics Migration process, the groups you created in Analytics will be copied over to the Admin Console as "Product Profiles". When legacy users are migrated over, they will be attached to the new product profiles that were created with the same permissions as the legacy Analytics permission groups. What happens to Discover (Adhoc Analysis) logins? Once our Legacy logins are disabled tomorrow, do we start using the new Experience Cloud login for the Discover application, or should we use our old Adobe Legacy logins?
Got a logistics question. I don't see any quick documentation about managing Users in the Adobe Analytics related to when we should delete or expire a user and the ramifications of each. With the user migration going on, would it be best to expire all users I’m not going to migrate, or should I just delete them?

Deleting an account will remove all dashboards, calculated metrics, calendar events, alerts, bookmarks, segments, Analysis Workspace projects, and scheduled projects that are attached to that user. If you want to keep all of the user account items/assets, you can use the migration tool to transfer these account items to another user.
If you choose to disable a legacy login for a user account, the account will still persist, as will everything attached (the list above) . The account will not be able to be used as the login will not function.
