Photoshop Display ISSUE

Hello everyone :)

I worked every day with the ADOBE CC softwares, Photoshop also. Recently, my lapotp has been changed by a powerfull one and the OS is now Windows 10.

The problem is, when I work on Photoshop for doing a mounting picture or outlining it for removing the background, I put the picture in the pixel real size. See attached what the display does when I click on (Ctrl + Alt + 0). What Photoshop shows me is a real mess. The preview is OK, but my picture is completely broken, I have strapes everywhere on my picture, so it's impossible for me to work on it.

Does anybody already had this or can help me pls ?

Thank you.
