Accessing Adobe Experience League

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing Adobe Experience League. I have created an Adobe ID in hopes to access the recommended courses i.e. video series on each of the Adobe Marketing tools (Analytics, Campaign, Target, Launch, Audience Manager). When i sign in and try to navigate to the courses, it automatically signs me out and asks to sign in. As i sign in again, it repeats itself by signing me out, reloading, signing me in, reloading and signing me out. Essentially, i am unable to navigate through AEL and watch a video.

 

For context, I am located within Australia and have tried to access AEL within the Australian and US domain.

 

Would appreciate any help, thank you!

We aren't aware of any issues currently. It sounds like this issue might be unique to your profile or machine. I know that you have tried to clear your cache and cookies but have you also tried a different browser or device?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, this still happens from time to time. I clear my cache and restart my browser for it to work but then I will experience the same issues again later throughout the day.

Yes, myself and other colleagues have tried other browsers such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla - we all still experience the same issue. Unless we clear cache (as mentioned), it will work until eventually, we experience the issue again.

Same here, we've been struggling with the support team to replicate the issues we're having as there aren't any certain patterns between our users who reported issues with EL.
