Create a simple redirector kb.omniture.com/1234 to redirect to KBID#1234. This allows to include a link into emails to users without explaining how to find the KB article.
Also allow to search for e.g. "KB 1234" or just the ID itself "1234" in the search field in SiteCatalyst where it says "Locate reports, tools and help"
Similarly, would also like to have an "email this Knowledge Base article" option on the page.
