show marketing cloud organization id (mcorgid) somewhere within marketing cloud interface

Whenever I have a client that wants to implement the visitor id service (e.g. VisitorAPI.js), we (or they) need to contact ClientCare to get their mcorgid.  My understanding from speaking to CC is that it's automatically generated internally when the marketing cloud instance is setup.  So, why not just list it somewhere within the marketing cloud interface?  Would be one less thing to contact CC about...

Hello! 

We do show the MC Org Id in the interface. If you have access to the Marketing Cloud Tools interface in the left rail, on the bottom of that page. There's a title that says Marketing Cloud Id and then a string of alphanumeric characters.

Is this visible for you?

Aha.. okay, so it seems that "Tools" shows up for me for some clients but not others.  But, I am listed as admin in AA for ones that do not.  Would you know why it would show for some but not others?
