Adobe Marketing Cloud usernames should be case-insensitive by default.
As an Admin, when creating a new user via the Marketing Cloud Admin Console, I will often copy/paste the email address from Outlook, and these are often formatted in initial caps, for example: Joris.Debeer@workplace.com
Of course, when the user then attempts to login later they are told that either their username/password was incorrect often because they will have typed: email@example.com (like a human would do)
And of course, usernames can't be modified after they've been created.
Therefore, I'd like to submit an idea that Adobe make all usernames case-insensitve to avoid new users having a frustrating on-boarding experience.
