Time Parting between Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics

Hi Experts,

I am trying to find a way create Workspace Report in Adobe Analytics with Hour of the Day Feature for All my campaign Reports.

But currently it only shows 12 PM as one standard time for all the Campaigns. Even though we are sending our campaigns to Users at different times of the day.

Adobe Says use this:

But how do we implement this in Adobe Campaign? Please help.
