@Abdellah_Jbari_NUK, You can take a look at the different types of typology rules (filtering, fatigue, control) available specific to SMS and all channels from this documentation. Depending on the business requirement some of these rules need to be created. For example, If the business requirement is to send a maximum of 2 SMS per week then use the appropriate fatigue type typology rule. Similarly, SMS messages can't exceed more than 160 characters and you can control typology to handle such a requirement.
