Reoccuring SMS - multiple schedulers??

Avatar

Level 1

We've got an identical SMS that needs to go out to about 15 different audiences at various dates and times over next month.  Rather than build out individiual identical SMS deliveries, test and proof them all and schedule. I was hoping to build a workflow to help with this.

I'm very new to workflows in ACS.  My thought was I could use a re-occuring SMS and set-up multiple "scheduler" steps in a workflow for the appropriate date time -- then a read audience -- then each one pointing to the same re-occuring SMS.  Unfortunately in my tests, the various audiences only receive the SMS after the last scheduler has ran.

Is there any way I can achieve this??

Hi Robbnardecchia,

Have you checked out the documentation below? It goes through some of the limitations and recommendations around using schedulers and recurring delivery use cases.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/managing-processes-and-data/executio...

You may also want to consider using the and-join or wait activities depending on the exact use case.

Craig

In workflow, try to add "start" before SMS delivery and join all read audience with schedulers to this "start". Then the schedulers will run based on your setting. Hope I will not misunderstand your question.
