No PDF Received When Including Text Block in Report (Adobe Campaign Standard)

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue when generating a report in Adobe Campaign Standard. Whenever I include a text block in the report and use the "Send Report Now" or scheduled function, I do not receive a PDF. However, if I remove the text block, the PDF is generated and sent correctly.

Is this a known bug? Are there any solutions or workarounds to resolve this issue?

Hi Sathees,

 

In Adobe Campaign, open your report, go to the panel section, and drag a text block from the "Visualizations" heading into the panel. Drop it in place, edit the text and formatting.
