Hi everyone,

i am doing some houskeeping and archiving within the system. Is there a possibility of assigning multiple elements like workflows to a different program or campaign folder at the same time?

Thank you and regards

Malte

Hi Malte,

If we're talking ACS then the only thing you might be able to do (can't say for certain as I haven't done it myself) is to use a workflow to perform an update on the elements to associate them to a different campaign folder.

ACC allows a bit more flexibility with the folder structures but caution still needs to be taken in either instance since the elements could break if the folder paths and associated joins are not updated correctly.

Yes, using a workflow would be possible and should work here.

Create a workflow with following:

* Query to find all affected items

* Reconciliation task to determine the target org unit

* Update data to set the item to the object

I created a workflow to update the campaign for a delivery.  The key is in the query additional data you need the campaign id that you want to update it to.  Here is a link to a gif to a workflow that goes through it step by step.
