It appears the issue is linked to the size of the audience. When the audience group exceeds 300k profiles, the segmentation process can slow down significantly, especially if your workflow includes multiple criteria such as tracking logs, click actions, button labels, and previous delivery data.
To improve performance and reduce the risk of the workflow stalling, you may consider splitting the audience into smaller batches—for example, processing around 100k profiles at a time. This typically helps the segmentation node complete faster and more reliably.
That said, the optimal setup still depends on the total number of customer profiles and the complexity of your segmentation logic. If possible, reviewing your workflow structure and optimization settings may also help ensure smoother processing.
